Electric Guitars

  • 1964 Epiphone Granada Archtop Electric, with original chipboard case.  Awesome condition!  The only fault is the pickguard has a small crack that was glued from behind, the crack is solid.  Awesome vintage sunburst, beautiful solid maple top.  This was just completely re-wired, and set up.  Plays better than butter!  Killer vintage tone.  Neck is perfectly straight, and extremely playable.

  •

  • 1980's (?) Yamaha Classical, beautiful tone.

  •

  • Catalina Archtop (Kay / Harmony, 1940's/50's) Blonde Tiger Stripe, very nice vintage tone.

  •

  • 1968 Gibson J45, with adjustable bridge option.  This guitar has an incredible sound!  The top has two cracks that have been repaired years ago.  The top may have been refinished years ago, absolutely gorgeous honey color, with usual age crazing. The bridge may have been replaced.  The neck is straight and plays great... a fret job should be considered.  Original tuners.  Just through our shop with new synthetic bone nut, and bridge nut, custom made for this guitar.  Sides are in excellent condition, back has a stress crack, but does not go all the way through.  Original pick guard was been replaced with a teardrop guard, probably at the time of the top repair/refinishing.  If you are looking for a vintage Gibson with great tone, but don't want to pay bluebook pricing, this may be the one for you.

  •

  • Yamaha "Dove" FG-351SB Late 70's early 80's? Very good shape, lovely red burst.

  •

  • 1946 Gretsch Sierra flattop guitar.  Wow. Synchromatic Series?  What a tone!    Mini Jumbo body, triangular sound hole.  This guitar has been refurbished to make it into a player... all body binding has been replaced, frets dressed, new Tusq nut, period replacement machines, neck reset.  We spent a lot of time repairing this one, and it was definitely worth the effort!
